UniLab Outside Europe
Who are the partners from

Outside Europe

The UniLab partners from outside Europe were originally formed by eight universities. Four of these institutions were from Russia, two from Belarus and two from Azerbaijan. Currently the consortium only has four non-EU institutions. They all offer placements to their students but are eager to learn more about the WBL systems in Europe, so better arrangements can be offered in their countries too.

Stakeholder feedback
Work-based learning is the learning modality of the future: Allows universities to identify the real needs from industry so relevant curricula can be design and, at the same time, offers to students placements that are comparable to real jobs.

UniLab observes the needs of the current labor market, enabling us to develop curriculum and syllabuses according to their needs. That's the main impact of UniLab to our partner universities as well as to ASOIU, to help to maintain the opportunities offered by modern labor market and connect them to students.

Head of International Projects Unit, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University
We joined the trainings given by the professors of the University of Lille. I liked the activity of the Lifelong Learning Center the most. The university fully supports people who want to learn. This is great. I would like such centers to be established in our universities.
